KUNGSBACKA – December 12, 2019 – Egain is now launching new features as a direct result of the company’s innovation work. Property owners in Sweden and the rest of Europe can now, among other things, collect water, electricity, and energy consumption data, import and export data to and from Egain Edge, and be alerted in the event of water leaks down to the deciliter level.
Three new features are being launched, expanding the range in Egain Edge with water and electricity use. This means that property owners can collect all of their consumption data in Egain Edge and stay constantly up-to-date on their property’s performance.
“We are now releasing functionality related to water metering, API integrations and automatic important and visualization of heat, property electricity and water in a single tool in direct response to requests from the market to gain total control over their properties and to stay constantly up-to-date. To us, the customer experience before, during and after working with Egain is always at the top of the agenda, and we strive each day to deliver value to the journey, with innovation and product development as an important part of our strategy,” says Jon Åkerström, CTO, Egain Group.
“Egain is one of Europe’s leading tech companies offering smart cloud solutions to help property owners take digital control over their building. Launching innovations on the market is key to us. We are investing for the future, and our customers today can see a clear example of this in the form of several new, smart features in Egain Edge,” said Sven-Olof Husmark, CEO, Egain Group.
*The Utility Data service is currently being launched in Sweden and Finland, with plans to launch in other markets in Europe in 2020.
