Egain Announce A New Organization to Support International Growth and Enhanced Customer Focus and Experience.

Egain has announced a new organizational model as part of its strategy to improve customer experience, accelerate growth, and drive performance improvement. The new setup, which will take effect immediately, is organized around market-focused areas supported by a centralized support structure.

Egain has announced a new organizational model as part of its strategy to improve customer experience, accelerate growth, and drive performance improvement. The new setup, which will take effect immediately, is organized around market-focused areas supported by a centralized support structure consisting of three functional areas.

The newly formed area Business and Customer Success will be responsible for driving international growth by a strong focus on the customer journey and operational excellence throughout the company.

The three functional areas are as follows:

  • Business and Customer Success: Fredrik Grahn is appointed COO; he was formerly the CFO of Egain Group.
  • Technology: Jon Åkerström, will remain as CTO of the company, with an increased focus on AI/IoT innovations, technical partnerships and acquisitions.
  • Marketing: Viktor Vitell, will remain as CMO of the company, with an increased focus on delivering value throughout the customer’s journey.

The central functions will support local units working closely with Egain’s ecosystem to deliver value that fuels long-term customer loyalty and advocacy:

  • Tuomas Suur-Uski is appointed Head of Business and Customer Success, Finland
  • Christian Grotkopp is appointed Head of Business and Customer Success, Germany
  • Wojciech Kubicki is appointed Head of Business and Customer Success, Poland
