Housing Cooperative Brf 51 Bellman in Uppsala is a large association of 255 apartments spread over 17 buildings. The houses were built 1966-67 in prefabricated concrete blocks with facade tiles. One single substation serves the entire association and all 17 houses with heat.
The association came in contact with Egain during a trade fair in Uppsala and then thought that the idea of Egain Edge sounded interesting while seeing the beneft of controlling temperatures and humidity in their apartments to ensure a good indoor climate for those living in the association.
Egain’s energy expert is very valuable and can explain and help us with energy planning. The 3D models across our houses are a very good tool for visualization of the area and how the indoor climate is in different places at diferent times and conditions which is very good when you need to follow up and if you want to show how the situation is to others. I feel that we have received great value in return on our investment in Egain Edge.
