Your work as Technical Customer Support at Kiona
Working with Kiona – Edge gives you the opportunity to take part in an exciting journey and at the same time get an insight into how the automation and building technology industry works. The daily work consists of receiving incoming calls and emails, working with troubleshooting, and problem solving through our web-based platform. In addition, you will provide professional service and support related to indoor climate and hardware together with your colleagues in the Onboarding & Success team. You will also work proactively to help the organization develop and maintain its efficiency.
The one we are looking for
We are looking for someone with high competence in problem-solving, customer support and technology, and experience working with people. You are accommodating and professional in your role and probably already work in the industry. Furthermore, we believe that you are driven by delivering quality in everything you do. If you come across something you do not already know, you want to learn more about it curiously and purposefully.
